Where are the fuses in a 2008 Ford Transit?

In the Transit MK7 (2006-2013), the fuses are distributed across several boxes. The main passenger-compartment fuse box is behind the passenger-side glovebox. To reach it, remove the glovebox and take off the cover; the current fuse layout diagram is printed on the reverse. Directly behind it is a second, additional relay box. Release it by squeezing the two retaining clips at the sides. The third location is the main pre-fuse box containing the large high-current fuses. It is next to the battery in the base of the driver's seat and can be accessed after removing the battery retaining frame. A fourth, smaller fuse box is located in the engine compartment.

The casing colours indicate the current rating: brown 5A, red 10A, blue 15A, yellow 20A, white 25A and green 30A.
