- 1. Returns are possible within 14 days of the day the ordered products were delivered to the customer.

- 3. In order to return products for cashback, you need to fill in the appropriate form on the website: return form, and then return the purchased products to our head office.
- 3A. In the case of purchases made for a company (VAT invoice), it is necessary to enclose a printed and signed return form with the package.
- 4. Cashback will be processed within 7 days of delivery of the returned products to our registered office.
