Cooling system Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2006 is a category with water pump, radiator and radiator hose

The engine cooling system in the Mercedes Sprinter does not differ from the systems used in vehicles of other brands. The most important parts of this system are the water pump and the radiator, but many more parts are required for it to work properly. Among them are: thermostat, radiator hose, thermostat housing. The diesel engines used in the second generation of the Mercedes Sprinter are equipped with an Intercooler - a charge air cooler. The air supplied by the turbocharger significantly increases its temperature. An intercooler is used to increase the combustion efficiency of the air-fuel mixture by lowering air temperature.
