Specifications Van Iveco Daily II of Transit Center.
Iveco Daily II debuted in 1999, and a year later it already received an award in the prestigious Van of the Year competition. The new Iveco Daily model once again lowered the drag coefficient for vans, the Iveco Daily II Cx was just 0.34. The 2.8-liter Sofim engine remained the main engine.
In 2004, the second-generation Iveco Daily got a slight refresh. It changed the front grill, which was now chrome and the front indicators, which changed from orange to white. A new version has also appeared in the Iveco Daily II model range: Iveco Daily Camper, a camping car based on Iveco Daily.
Iveco Daily II was available in three engine versions: 2.8 Diesel, 2.8 TurboDiesel and 3.0 Diesel. Later (2005) the offer also came with an engine powered by compressed natural gas CNG with a capacity of 2.7 liters and 106HP. Five or six-speed manual gearboxes were used to transfer the drive. An automatic transmission was also on offer from 2004.
