Vauxhall Movano 2020 – waiting for successor

When Vauxhall was taken over by the PSA group in 2017, all market observers thought that Vauxhall Movano would follow in the footsteps of other vans from the Vauxhall range and the new generation would be a twin model to Citroen Jumper or Peugeot Boxer. However, this didn’t happen and at the end of 2019 Vauxhall presented the world a refreshed version of Vauxhall Movano.

First of all, the front of the van has changed. Movano 2020 uses new, more modern headlights with lights in LED technology, known from Vauxhall’s passenger cars. The radiator grille was changed slightly and the cabin interior was redesigned. Now the van looks more modern and has adapted to the market standards.

From a technical point of view, the changes weren’t big. Movano 2020 still has the same 2.3 liter diesel engines. Interestingly, Vauxhall didn’t show the electric model during presentation of Movano 2020. Everything indicates that the Vauxhall Movano 2020 is just a forecast of completely new generation in 2021, when the PSA concern will present new vans based on Citroen Jumper and Peugeot Boxer.

After all, Vauxhall Movano 2020 will certainly find many customers. It still offers very good transport properties, comfortable and functional cabin as well as wide range of body variants to choose from. Thanks to the latest technologies, Movano 2020 is guarantee of safe driving. New modifications allow communication with the rest of the world.
