Statement of withdrawal from a distance contract

Buyer with the status of the Consumer and an entrepreneur, when a specific transaction is not related to the scope of his/her business activity, may cancel the contract of sale of the Product purchased in the Transit Center, without giving reasons, making a statement within 14 days from the date of the Product (ie. From the date of receipt by the Consumer Goods).

A consumer who withdraws from a distance contract sends the product to the seller at his own expense. The product should be sent within 14 days from the date of sending the statement of withdrawal from the contract.
